Who We Are
Admin Plus is a professional administrative service for the Aflac Sales Force that can offload administrative tasks, giving you more time to focus on growing your business.
Forward voicemails to your admin via email. Your admin will call customers to introduce themselves and assist with their needs. Your admin will update you accordingly regarding the call. We return all voicemails same day, if received by 3 p.m. EST. We work directly with policyholders so agents are not inundated with returning phone calls.
It’s as simple as pushing the “Forward” button. Send emails to your admin and they will respond directly to your customer. They will introduce themselves and assist with your customer’s needs. This can be an account asking a billing question; or a policyholder needing to submit a claim, having policy questions and any other service related topics.
We help your policyholders with all claims’ needs by providing them with the proper form, advising what is needed to submit the claim, assisting with questions regarding payment, or simply filing the claim for them. We also assist with Group Claims. We track our claims’ activity and follow through to completion.
Your admin automatically checks Pended Business weekly, or twice a week during Power Weeks. If your writing number is on the transmittal, corrections are made and sent back to New Business with follow-up to ensure resolution. If anything is needed from you, the policyholder, or the account, we will reach out for the necessary information.
Your admin automatically checks At-Risk monthly. We will run the reports and send a friendly reminders to you and your accounts regarding outstanding invoices.
When employees leave an account, we can personally call the policyholder and assist them with retaining their polices and keeping their valuable coverage.
We help policyholders collect documentation needed to file claims and answer all questions. We track our claims activity and follow through to completion.
We work directly with accounts by writing refund letters for use on their letterhead to sign and date. We then submit and follow through to completion.
We help you and your policyholders with getting policies reinstated. We help with the completion of the forms, advising what supporting information is needed to have the reinstatements reviewed and will submit the request directly to the service area for them.
We help with general policy level service and questions to help you and your customers get fast accurate service.
We help you and your account contacts with billing inquiries, corrections and payment related items to include invoice copies, troubleshooting Business Services, password resets and payment/process enhancements to improve their service experience.
